Job Description
Healthmark Industries Co., Inc. is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the preparation, administration, and management of contracts across their full lifecycle. This role focuses on accurate and compliant contractual agreements, and facilitates RFI/RFP processes, assist with negotiations, and oversee contract administration. The position requires strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 4 years experience in Healthcare or Customer Service, or 5 years in Supply Chain, including GPO/Vendor contract negotiations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read and understand job instructions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
