Job Description
Meyer Utility Structures is hiring a Control Process Operator for their plant operation in Fort Worth, TX. The operator will set up and operate machines, make adjustments, and transfer materials. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience operating a 20' or larger break press and working knowledge of metal manufacturing and fabrication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a 20' or larger break press
  • Working knowledge/experience with angle grinders/metal manufacturing/fabrication
  • Experience operating overhead cranes
  • Experience operating forklifts
  • Ability to proficiently read blueprints and verify dimensional requirements
  • Ability to maintain reliable and predictable good attendance
  • Ability to stand throughout the day, and climb on/off equipment, and lift materials in excess of 50 pounds regularly
