Job Description
HDR is looking for a Control Systems Team Lead to join our Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group in Folsom, CA. As a technical lead, the individual will be responsible for providing control systems engineering expertise and mentoring, as well as being responsible for producing control systems design and systems integration for various markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 7 years experience
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • Professional Engineer Licensure in Control Systems or similar Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 10 years experience preferred
  • Involved in extracurricular activities and/or engineering societies, such as IEEE or ISA
