Job Description
HDR is looking for a Control Systems Team Lead to join our Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group in Folsom, CA. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing control systems engineering expertise and mentoring, as well as operating the Northern California BES control systems team. You will be responsible for staff development, workflow and forecasting, proposals and level of effort, scheduling, profitability, morale, and quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 7 years experience
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
