Role OverviewThis position serves a crucial financial role in the organization, overseeing finance functions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements. The person in this position will have day-to-day interaction with senior leaders, directors, and outside stakeholders. The position requires a working knowledge of reimbursement principles, Medicare and Medicaid settlement accounts, and payer contracting.
What You Will Do
Provide financial services, lead the budgeting and decision support functions, maintain internal controls, and design finance department policies and procedures. The position also involves working with external auditors, evaluating financial processes for improvement, and promoting associate involvement with performance improvement.
