Role OverviewSupport fund accounting and financial reporting across the ILS fund complex, direct investment, and hedge fund vehicles, working closely with portfolio managers and investor relations teams.
What You Will Do
Responsible for financial reporting process, assist with investor reporting, cash management forecasts, expense register and ledger, oversight and compliance of fund credit facilities, data analysis, and review management fee calculations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of accounting/finance experience, a strong understanding of accounting theory and fund accounting, and the ability to act independently with minimal daily direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8-10 years accounting/finance experience
- CPA a plus
- Experience with credit related products, including loan settlement and trade reconciliations is a plus
- Exposure to direct investment and/or hedge fund accounting/reporting is a plus
