Role OverviewThe Controller serves as the senior finance leader and head of the Finance function, reporting directly to the COO. This role is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of the company's financial operations while providing strategic insight that supports business decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience leading accounting operations and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls
- Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports and team development
- Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
