Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Controller to lead and elevate the accounting function across our growing, multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate will drive financial reporting, lead audits, and oversee fixed assets and lease accounting, while also leading a strong accounting team and building scalable systems to support continued growth.

Requirements

  • Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Required active CPA license in good standing.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial statement preparation
  • Required 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience
  • Workday experience is a plus
  • Strong audit experience and deep understanding of internal controls
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automated accounting systems
  • Ability to lead through complexity while maintaining accuracy and composure
  • Strong executive communication skills
