Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee and optimize the financial and operational accounting functions for our oil and gas clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Master’s degree and/or CMA or CPA designation preferred
Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas sector, including industry accounting practices
Demonstrated experience with oil and gas–specific accounting software (PAK Energy preferred)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proven experience in multi-entity environments
Strong leadership and team management skills
Advanced financial analysis and forecasting capabilities
Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Deadline-driven with strong time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
