Requirements

  • Experience working in a multi-entity environment (professional services preferred)
  • Strong hands-on Controller or senior accounting experience
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Experience managing cash flow and financial strategy
  • Familiarity with CashPro (wires, ACH, cash positioning preferred)
  • Experience overseeing payroll (multi-entity preferred)
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership support
  • Track record of process improvements and system optimization
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
