Job Description
The Controller is responsible for providing leadership and vision for the accounting functions and reporting transparency of Grandstand in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Internal Revenue Service, other regulatory and advisory organizations, and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.

Requirements

  • Direct all of Grandstand’s financial activities, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable management, reporting, business planning and cash management
  • Establish and maintain financial systems to safeguard Grandstand assets through effective internal controls, annual budgeting, timely financial reporting, annual audits, and insurance coverages
  • Hire, train, guide and develop staff within direct supervision
