Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Controller to lead all financial operations for our manufacturing facility in Northwest Arkansas. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be the primary steward of the plant’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, rigorous internal controls, and optimized cost management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree (MBA/MAcc) preferred.
  • Active CPA license is strongly preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment (familiarity with standard costing is a plus).
  • Proficiency in major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
