Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller to own and manage the full lifecycle of our accounting operations, including the general ledger, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit support, in accordance with IFRS. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable partnering with leadership to support operational performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA eligible (CPA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with progressive responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition, ideally for recurring or contract-based revenue
  • A track record of maintaining internal controls and supporting audits
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred
  • PestPac experience a plus
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
