Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Controller to lead the Company's accounting function and support the continued growth of our clean energy platform. The Controller will oversee corporate and project accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, and accounting operations across a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership and people management responsibilities
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, power, utilities, construction, real estate, or other project-based industries
- Experience with project accounting, construction accounting, project and tax equity financing, and multi-entity organizational structures
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience managing month-end close, audits, and accounting operations within a growing organization
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Netsuite, etc...) and accounting process automation initiatives
