Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of accounting and financial management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of nonprofit financial leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience managing government contracts, grants, and nonprofit funding
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit fund accounting and financial reporting
- Proven experience leading annual audits and maintaining audit readiness
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
