Role OverviewThe Controller is responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounting team, and ensuring the entire accounting department remains productive and efficient.
What You Will Do
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports, review general ledger, supervise accounting staff, coordinate closing activities, and oversee external audit requirements.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Accruals basis accounting practices

- Excellent analytical skill demonstrated proficiency in Excel and web-based tools
- Strong accounting and reporting skills
- Knowledge of procurement needs, bidding process, vendor payment requirements
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to review a proposal or manage a project with understanding of the overall scope and goal of each project
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
