Role OverviewThe Site Finance Leader/Controller will be responsible for finance leadership for ZF's CVS operations in Hebron, KY and other ZF products sold in North America. The role involves leading total finance responsibilities, maintaining financial information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
What You Will Do
The Controller/Finance Leader will own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and insight-driven operational reporting for the site. They will also manage accounting and finance staff, establish stretch targets, and support STRAP, AOP, performance reviews, capital expenditure analysis, regulatory compliance, and BU collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 6+ years of related operational finance experience as a site/regional controller or finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Cognos
- Must have strong financial/accounting technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and possess a strong operational focus
- Experience with maintaining internal control systems
- Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information
- Must have a verifiable track record of technical and professional accomplishments that are demonstrative of strong management and leadership, team work, and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now, AND in the future
