Controller

The Controller will oversee accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving financial compliance across the organization.

What You Will Do

The Controller will lead core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax reporting, audits, and financial statement preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles including inventory and standard costing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
