Controller

The Controller will be responsible for defining and executing accounting and financial reporting practices, and driving global best practices through global training and robust process documentation. The role requires strong technical skills across all aspects of accounting and previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

What You Will Do

Accounting, Reporting and Planning, Business partner with General Manager, Oversee and support accounting team, Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, Lead the budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, reporting and quarterly pacing process.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 5+ years’ experience as a senior-level accounting or finance position, and strong technical skills required across all aspects of accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA Preferred but not required
• 5+ years’ experience as a senior-level accounting or finance position
• Strong technical skills required across all aspects of accounting
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, knowledge of Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or TM1 preferred

• Pay rate: $114,000.00 - $176,500.00
