The company is continuing to grow and is looking for someone to join its finance team and help build for the future. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who wants more than a narrow accounting seat. It is an opportunity to lead the accounting function in a small business, take real ownership of your domain, and help build a stronger company over time.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include leading the accounting function for the company, building and improving financial processes, reporting, and controls, delivering timely financial reporting and analysis, supporting decision-making, analyzing performance, and helping identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Prior experience in a Controller, Senior Accountant, Construction Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar role
- Experience in residential construction, luxury custom homebuilding, or a comparable construction-related business
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or other advanced accounting credentials
