Controller

The Plant Controller oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, inventory control, and production reporting at the Hemingway Division of House of Raeford Farms.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include daily accounting operations, production reporting, inventory reconciliation, financial transactions, and internal financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting or plant finance experience
• Previous supervisory or accounting management experience
• Manufacturing, food production, or poultry industry experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and inventory accounting
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• CPA or CMA certification
