Key responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and cash, financials, and insurance management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of WIP reporting, job costing, and backlog analysis
- Experience leading and mentoring an accounting team
- Sage 100 Contractor and GCPay experience a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
