Role OverviewThe Controller will own the integrity of iManage's global accounting operations, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serving as a key member of the CFO's leadership team. This role is as much about people and process as it is about numbers.
What You Will Do
The Controller will own the global accounting close process, lead and develop the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams, partner with Internal Audit, and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Requirements
- Active CPA license
- Ten-plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience building and maintaining strong internal controls
- A track record of managing external audit relationships and leading teams through the annual audit process
- People leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with a modern ERP or general ledger system
- Excellent communication skills
