What You Will Do
The Controller will lead financial operations, optimize processes, and provide strategic insights to keep Emancipet growing and thriving. This includes managing all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial reporting, and overseeing all accounting operations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management
- Experience leading and mentoring finance or accounting teams
- Experience in nonprofit financial management, including compliance, audits, and financial reporting
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills
- Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong internal controls knowledge to prevent fraud and ensure financial integrity
