Job Description
P&H Investment is seeking a Controller with high integrity, self-motivation, and strong analytical skills to oversee all accounting and financial operations for the property management company. The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate/property management accounting and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree or CPA certification preferred
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive accounting/finance experience required
  • Four (4) to five (5) years in real estate, property management, or multifamily/commercial real estate accounting preferred
