Job Description
Mogl is looking for a strategic, hands-on Controller to help shape our next chapter of growth. In this role, you will build and lead our finance function while owning core accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience and progression through financial roles including demonstrable expertise in accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven track record of implementing, optimizing, and scaling financial systems, tools, and processes including oversight of AP/AR, periodic financial statements, and cash flow processes
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and experience managing audits, taxes, and compliance
  • Proficiency in implementing and optimizing financial systems and tools including Quickbooks Online, Excel modeling, Salesforce, and BI systems/dashboards
