Role OverviewThe controls engineer will lead complex control system projects, assist maintenance with equipment issues, and coach, mentor, train, and supervise technicians. This position will specify, design, and implement complex control systems and software programming on production equipment and associated machinery.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include observing OSHA and company safety rules, identifying potentially dangerous electrical hazards, leading/supporting internal control technicians, project and process engineers, maintenance & production personnel, OEMs, vendors, and contractors, and supervising, assigning work, providing performance monitoring and reviews, and providing daily priority setting for Controls Technicians.
