Job Description
Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking a Controls System Specialist II (BAS) to provide technical support for Building Automation and Special Systems, including troubleshooting, programming, and commissioning. The position will work on projects from installation through turnover, collaborating with installation teams, service partners, sales, and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering (mechanical, computer science, electrical, information technology, Two-year technical degree in HVAC, Electronics-related studies)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building controls or a related field
  • Experience with programming and controls database management
  • Understanding of computer networking principles, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic electric and electronic circuitry, including reading and interpreting electrical and electronic diagrams
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of AC power circuitry including breakers and multi-phase power (120VAC and greater)
  • Proficiency with electronic testing equipment such as volt meters, amp meters, and oscilloscopes
