Job Description
The Convenience Foods Supervisor provides direct supervision to staff and students assigned to The Hut, Papa Johns, and Concessions. The Supervisor oversees all food and beverage production, customer service, safety and sanitation, and department reporting.

Requirements

  • Train staff and students in food and beverage production
  • Schedule and plan to most efficiently serve orders
  • Develop new food and beverage products
  • Maintain excellent standards of customer service
  • Ensure that facilities are clean, presentable, and in good working order
  • Provide a clean and safe environment for employees and customers
  • Report food usage, maintenance needs, and recipe improvements
  • Maintain employee discipline records and compile performance evaluations
  • Keep labor and food costs low to assist with profitability
