Role OverviewThe Convention Sales Lead Representative is a well-informed, courteous team member who provides excellent service and support to customers, answering incoming sales lead calls and directing customers to the appropriate sales teams/managers for Caesars' properties.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining high service skills, performing tasks such as answering calls, data sorting, and data input, communicating with customers and the sales team, and generating leads for the Hospitality Sales Team.
