Job Description
Role Overview

The Conversion Coordinator will manage Public Housing Tenancy Operations department activities for assigned developments where tenants will be converting from Public Housing to Project-Based Section 8 as part of Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) or Preservation Trust (Trust) programs. The role will involve coordinating and managing all aspects of tenancy conversion activities, working closely with Property Management staff, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The Conversion Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of tenancy conversion activities, including related tasks assigned to other team members. This will involve working closely with Property Management staff, training development staff on reporting, dashboards, and conversion processes, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, and one year of full-time satisfactory supervisory and/or administrative experience in housing management at a development or developments containing at least 150 apartments
  • A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent, and five years of full-time satisfactory experience as described above
  • A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience as described above
