Golden Hippo is a vertically-integrated builder of health & wellness brands seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist. This role focuses on improving the performance of customer acquisition campaigns, from A/B testing to data analysis and funnel optimization. The specialist will partner with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and analyze online sales funnels.

Requirements

Drive Front End Sales Funnel Performance through A/B Testing
Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and recommend changes based on test results
Analyze performance metrics and test data to implement meaningful tests and call winners
Create online sales funnels in Salesforce CRM
Drive big initiatives such as new funnel types, product launches, and department-wide updates
Monitor industry trends and stay up to speed on competitor offerings
