Role OverviewAssist Supervisor and crews in the daily process to produce quality converted products in a safe, productive manner with minimum waste. Assist in the training of all new employees and cross-train employees in key positions.
What You Will Do
Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes, oversee crews, ensure cooperation among crew members, and maintain and improve morale.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years prior leadership experience
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry (preferred)
