Role OverviewThe Converting Operations Supervisor will supervise and support multi-shift converting operations, including reclose packaging production, pouching operations, and zipper application production. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with manufacturing experience, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
What You Will Do
The Converting Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of converting operations personnel, assisting with material handling, developing and maintaining efficient workflow, monitoring production performance, and maintaining accurate production reporting and documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervision and/or plant engineering experience in an industrial environment
- Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving operational performance
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust, maintain, and improve converting equipment
- Quality control and production testing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
