Role OverviewThe Converting Superintendent is tasked with managing the Converting Department with ultimate goals of upholding safety, quality, and production standards. The role involves leading Converting Supervisors and Hourly Employees, overseeing performance of shifts, and communicating plant standards to staff.
What You Will Do
Main day-to-day responsibilities include leading Converting Supervisors and Hourly Employees, overseeing performance of shifts, communicating plant standards to staff, establishing high morale throughout staff, and reporting mechanical, scheduling, or personnel problems to Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of corrugated experience
- At least 2 years in a Supervisory or Managerial role
- Clamp truck license
