Role OverviewThe Cook position works under the Director, Restaurant and Hospitality and supports all activities of the Restaurant and Hospitality Department and Dining Room. The position is responsible for quality of meals served, quality of service delivery during meal service and for compliance with special diets offered by the community.
What You Will Do
Supports the Director, Restaurant and Hospitality with planning, directing, controlling, communicating, and coaching in the Food Service Department. Follows the Menu Program that meets nutritional requirements, as directed by the Director, Food Service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in food service required.
- Minimum of three years' experience in food service preferred.
