Job Description
Located on the shores of Lake Washington, Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport is a recent AAA Four Diamond and Best of Housekeeping award winner. As a Cook 3 – Lead Line, you will oversee food preparation and ensure the highest standard of quality and presentation. The role requires good communication and culinary skills, as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience.

Requirements

  • Training and mentor junior cooks
  • Managing inventory levels
  • Station setup and mise en place preparation
  • Executing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
  • Monitoring food quality
  • Collaboration with other kitchen staff
