Job Description
The Cook prepares, assembles, and cooks food for patients, staff, and visitors of the designated facility, following guidelines of menu and dietary requirements.

Requirements

  • Adheres to food quality standards of appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation
  • Performs washing and cleaning duties to insure sanitation and cleanliness in cooking and serving areas
  • Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery
  • Follows standardized recipes and Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines

Benefits

  • $17-$23.50 per hour depending on experience
  • 20 hours per week
  • Every other weekend and every other Monday and Friday schedule
