Requirements

  • 2 years of previous line cooking experience in a fine dining or upscale hotel setting
  • Culinary degree or relevant hotel/restaurant experience
  • Solid understanding of basic and intermediate cooking methods and kitchen operations
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work under moderate supervision and take initiative when necessary
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
