Under the general direction of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the Cook 1 will be accountable for providing flawless culinary service, be passionate about food and cooking and have a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
good communication and culinary skills
basic knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
ability to prepare delicious meals for guests according to chefs’ recipes and specifications
basic knife skills
understanding of kitchen safety/sanitation
willingness to learn and receive feedback
