Role OverviewWe are looking for a Cook to join our team at Boulevard St Charles. The Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items according to established standards and recipes, ensuring health protocols are followed, and familiarizing themselves with residents and their preferences.

The Cook will prepare all menu items, ensure health protocols are followed, and participate in resident orientations.

Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Possess a current Food Handlers Card
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in leadership, training, and supervision
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable in close contact to extreme temperatures
- Criminally cleared
