Job Description
Hyatt is seeking a Cook 2 to join the Andaz Miami Beach team. The Cook 2 will be responsible for food preparation and presentation in a large commercial kitchen, following standardized recipes and safety guidelines. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience cooking in a commercial kitchen.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience cooking in a commercial kitchen
  • Prior experience with computer operations helpful
  • Must be able to communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
