Job Description
Responsible for preparing and cooking items assigned from daily menu plan in accordance with established specifications and standardized recipes. Inspects equipment, spices and food products to ensure that quality standards are met. Assists the Chef d’ Cuisine in the production of the daily menu or prep list.

  • Follows recipes given consistently and with care
