Requirements
- Meet eligibly requirements of Cook 1 and Cook 2
- Ability to successfully set up and work multiple outlets
- Ability to run cooking or production line
- Demonstrate advanced food knowledge consisting of international cooking styles and techniques
- Coordinate production from several areas for the goal of serving multiple finished products simultaneously
- Have math skills as well as the ability to multi task
- Proper knife skills
- Basic food knowledge inclusive of specifications
