Job Description
Join our award-winning restaurant, Dawson's Steakhouse as our Grill Cook 4. We are looking for a candidate with in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations, able to produce a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Be comfortable with butchering and cutting a variety of meats
  • Be an expert at cooking steaks
  • Be amazing at plating and expediting their station
  • Responsible for stocking, organizing and ordering necessary items for their station
  • Good communication skills required
  • At least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred
  • Able to work most stations of the kitchen
