What You Will Do
On a daily basis, you'll be responsible for monitoring food production, quality, and consistency, as well as department training. You'll also be able to give direction in the hourly Sous' absence.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, at least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience, and a culinary degree or related hotel experience. You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
