What You Will Do
Adjust recipes and portions based on dietary guidelines and the number of residents served. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements
- Previous cooking experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with therapeutic diets, food safety regulations, and food service standards in a healthcare environment
- Strong cooking skills, ability to follow recipes accurately, and attention to dietary restrictions
- Food Handler’s Certification or ServSafe certification required
