Role OverviewAs a cook, you will assist in providing our guests with a legendary dining experience by producing delicious, high-quality foods. You will be part of a team that delivers unique blends of music and food experiences to visitors who love the world's best music, the lore of Texas, and just having a good old time.
What You Will Do
Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and follow restaurant standards, follow recipes, bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods, present, garnish and arrange final dishes, maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid and current TABC and Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to work at least 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays
