Role OverviewThe Cook/Diet Aide is responsible for preparing and serving meals in accordance with physician-ordered/Registered Dietitian-recommended diets, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and diet orders, follow and correctly implement therapeutic diets, ensure accurate tray setup and portioning per resident needs, and maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices.
