Job Description
Assist with food preparation and service in a long-term care setting, ensuring nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with departmental policies and state and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Assist cook in food preparation, salads, desserts, snacks, and nourishments
  • Follow diet orders and NPO diet orders
  • Serve nourishments and maintain cleanliness of dining area and kitchen
